In case of cancelling the order, before it is shipped:
You can cancel your order/product only before it enters the shipping stage and the option to cancel your
order / product will stop when the shipment is in the shipping stage.
To cancel any order / product, please contact our customer service team via the contact us form,
after which the request to cancel the order will be reviewed and the procedures for cancelling
the order and returning the full amount paid will be reviewed.
In the case of canceling the order, after it has been shipped: in this case,an application can be submitted
to return the order/product and recover the paid money and the shipping cost will be deducted back and forth.

Note: Money is refunded when the order / product is returned in the event that the product has a malfunction
